Robert Chan - VP Technical Service & Distribution

“As Vice President of Technical Service and Distribution, my mission is to ensure that our service and delivery performance remains a major differentiator between us and the competition. We do this by setting superior standards, exceeding customers' expectation and ensuring that the only surprises are good ones.”

Before he joined us in 1973, Robert was one of the youngest retail store managers in Canada for a major shoe store chain where he learned the important lesson that personal service and relationships lead to repeat business and continued success.

Edward Collins - VP Direct Sales

“As Vice President, Direct Sales for Neopost Canada, my role is to ensure that our sales force delivers in-depth analyses of our customers’ mailing and document operations and follows up with the right solutions to enhance their businesses.”

Prior to joining Neopost in November of 2008, Edward held various sales, sales management and head office roles at Xerox Canada Ltd. over a 13-year period.


Julien Desarnauts - Director, Marketing

“As Director, Marketing, my role is to bring innovative and differentiating value proposition ideas to enhance the Neopost Customer Experience. I also work closely with our sales channels to make sure they have all the tools they need to succeed.”

Julien joined our Canadian operations in 2007 from Neopost France, where he spent two years in Marketing and CRM. Prior to joining the Neopost Group in 2005, Julien spent 8 years as an M&A and strategy consultant in both London and Paris, where he worked in a variety of industrial sectors.

Grant Gillham - VP Finance

“As VP, Finance, my role is to continue developing the accounting and administrative skills within our Finance Team. First and foremost, my role is to ensure that the quality of the Neopost Canada Finance group’s interactions with our customers remains a key competitive advantage for us. Our commitment is to provide our customers with the right billing information at the right time and directly communicate and work with them to resolve payment delays.”

Grant joined us 1989 and was appointed VP, Finance in 2002.

Lou Gizzarelli - President

“As President, my role is to lead Neopost Canada in achieving its financial and operating goals. At the same time, I want to ensure that we continue offering an attractive alternative to the Canadian mailing equipment market. We do this by providing Neopost employees with a working environment that generates both professional and personal development, and by delivering innovative mailing solutions and unparalleled customer care.”

Prior to joining us in 2005, Lou spent 17 years with GBC, a global manufacturer and marketer of binding and laminating products, most recently as Vice President and General Manager.

Monique Moreau-Gray - Director, Human Resources

“As Director, Human Resources, my role is to support the “Neopost Way”, the premise of which is to foster employee commitment, professionalism and individual development. To this end, the Human Resources function is committed to promoting sound HR practices, equal employment opportunities, favourable employee relations, competitive employment terms and a safe work environment.”

Prior to joining us in 2006, Monique spent 15 years as a human resources practitioner with national and multinational organizations in a variety of industries, including financial, education, health care and information technology.

Gareth Jones - VP Customer Service Operations

“As VP, Customer Service Operations, my role is to ensure that all Neopost systems are aligned to assist everyone in the company to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.”

Prior to joining us in 2003, Gareth spent 15 years in Operations at two independent Fortune 500 companies, focusing on process re-engineering, IT, logistics, quality management and customer-centric practices.

Terry Stroup - Director, Dealer Sales

“As Director, Dealer Sales, my commitment is to leverage the dealer channel field force resources to meet or exceed corporate revenue and profitability targets in partnership with and in a manner that recognizes the business objectives of the Neopost dealers. In doing so, I strive to deliver value with every interaction and believe that the best interest of the customer - both internal and external - must remain in the forefront of everything I do.”

Terry joined us in 2007 from our sister company in the US where he spent 6 years developing business in the dealer channel. Prior to that, he spent 18 years in the facilities management arena.
