Q: Do your meters meet Canada Post (CPC) requirements?

A: All Neopost meters meet Canada Post (CPC) requirements. As of December 31, 2006, some postage meters will become decertified, however, their meter impressions will continue to be recognized as valid postage until June 30, 2007.

Q: How can I take advantage of CPC discount?

A: By using Neopost DIPs (Direct Impression Printers) and software, you can take advantage of volume discounts on Address Admail. Please contact your account executive for more information.

Q: I have multiple locations across Canada, can I cut one postage cheque for all locations?

A: Yes, when you fill in your order form, please put a check mark under "master account". Call 1-800-661-0200 for any other Question.

Q: My cheque was sent and was cashed but it is not in my account. Where did my funds go?

A: If you know your cheque was cashed but funds are not in your account, please call us at 1-800-636-7678 and ask for cash posting. Please have the cheque number, date and amount as well as the cheque payee (ie. DPOC, Neopost) ready for our customer service representative. It would be most helpful if you could fax us a copy of the front and the back of the cancelled cheque, as this would provide us with all the information we would need to trace the funds.

Q: Can I combine my payment for postage, meter rental and lease all in one cheque?

A: When you prepare your cheque for postage, please do not include meter rental and/or lease payment on the same cheque. Combined payments will delay the processing of your cheque.
