What is Digital Postage-On-Call?
Digital Postage-On-Call (DPOC) is a system at Neopost which allows postage to be credited to the meter over the telephone without direct participation of Post Office Personnel.
Through a combination of advanced electronics, computer programming, field proven mechanisms and your telephone, Neopost provides a simple, flexible and highly secure system for adding postage credit to your meter without leaving the office.
Please ensure that your payment includes the amount of postage you require, the appropriate reset fee, the applicable taxes and any outstanding balance. An outstanding balance is indicated on your statement with a negative sign (-) shown after the amount.

Please fax us confirmation from the bank that your wire transfer has been processed and that the funds will be deposited into your account. Normal processing time is one to two business days. The fax number is 905-513-1406.
You can also pay for postage via Internet or Telephone Banking:
By going to your bank's website or calling your branch directly, you can set up payment as you would any other bill payment. We are listed as Neopost. Once you have made the selection, please fill in your company name and account number to ensure your payment is processed correctly. If you are paying via the Internet, please fax the confirmation you receive at the end of the payment process to 905-513-1406. Normal processing time is two business days.
