Leasing Coordinator

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the lease portfolio across all channels for a designated territory. This position communicates with both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk analysis for pre-credit and credit submissions, research customer's industry and base approval on company's criteria for deals <$15K
  • Qualify lease documentation for approval by reviewing the lease contract and lease worksheet for accuracy
  • Enter orders into OLM Portal for lease # extraction and update Customer Care and Lease Approval log
  • Manage the lease portfolio by processing bookings, re-books and terminations to meet the teams SLA's
  • Process Dealer Lease Funding requests within the timeline of the stated SLA
  • Provide Direct and Dealer channels support by responding and issuing trade up and buyout quotes
  • Provide customer support for internal and external customers
  • Act as back up for team members
  • Support the Leasing Manager with OLM IT enhancement testing’s
  • Must have the flexibility to work extra hours to ensure month-end deadlines are met
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

 

Position Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary certificate or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a business administration role
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively and accurately with numbers 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer centric aptitude
  • Strong computer skills; i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook with an aptitude to learn other systems
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an open concept office environment
  • Bilingualism with French writing capability preferred, not mandatory
