Martin Cox - Vice-President, Marketing

Prior to joining Neopost in 2011, Martin held senior marketing and communications positions with ACCO Brands and GBC.
Grant Gillham - Vice-President, Finance
"As Vice-President, Finance, my role is to continue developing the accounting and administrative skills within our Finance Team. First and foremost, my role is to ensure that the quality of the Neopost Canada Finance group's interactions with our customers remains a key competitive advantage for us. Our commitment is to provide our customers with the right billing information at the right time and directly communicate and work with them to resolve payment delays." Grant joined us in 1989 and was appointed Vice President, Finance in 2002.
Lou Gizzarelli - President
"As President, my role is to lead Neopost Canada in achieving its financial and operating goals. At the same time, I want to ensure that we continue offering an attractive alternative to the Canadian mailing equipment market. We do this by providing Neopost employees with a working environment that generates both professional and personal development, and by delivering innovative mailing solutions and unparalleled customer care." Prior to joining us in 2005, Lou spent 17 years with GBC, a global manufacturer and marketer of binding and laminating products, most recently as Vice President and General Manager.
Chris Lachine - Vice-President, Direct Sales
"As Vice-President, Direct Sales, my goal is to lead the Direct Sales team and to ensure that Neopost Canada truly understands the current and future requirements of our customers. This knowledge will ensure that we are able to partner with these companies to provide the ideal software, hardware, and marketing solutions that will result in successful, long-term strategic relationships." Prior to joining Neopost in 2012, Chris was Vice-President of Business Development at International SOS. He has also held senior leadership roles with the Canadian and European sales organizations of Dell Financial Services.
Monique Moreau-Gray - Vice-President, Human Resources
"As Vice-President, Human Resources, my role is to support the "Neopost Way", the premise of which is to foster employee commitment, professionalism, and individual development. To this end, the Human Resources function is committed to promoting sound HR practices, equal employment opportunities, favourable employee relations, competitive employment terms and a safe work environment." Prior to joining us in 2006, Monique spent 15 years as a human resources practitioner with national and multinational organizations in a variety of industries, including financial, education, health care and information technology.
Terry Stroup - Vice-President, Dealer Sales

In doing so, I strive to deliver value with every interaction and believe that the best interest of the customer - both internal and external - must remain in the forefront of everything I do." Terry joined us in 2007 from our sister company in the US where he spent 6 years developing business in the dealer channel. Prior to that, he spent 18 years in the facilities management arena.
