Grant joined Neopost in 1989, was appointed Vice President, Finance in 2002.
Lou Gizzarelli - President

Prior to joining Neopost in 2005, Lou spent 17 years with GBC, a global manufacturer and marketer of binding and laminating products, most recently as Vice President and General Manager.
Chris Lachine - Vice President, Business Development

Chris came to Neopost in 2012 as Vice President, Sales and was promoted to Vice President, Business Development in 2018. Prior to joining us, he worked as Vice President of Business Development at International SOS. He previously held senior leadership roles with the Canadian and European sales organizations of Dell Financial Services.
Terry Stroup - Vice President, Sales
“As Vice President, Sales my goal is to leverage the strengths and resources of our national direct and dealer sales channels to exceed Neopost Canada’s revenue and profitability targets, and to do so in a manner that recognizes our corporate objectives and commitment to customer-centricity. We must continually assess and understand customers’ current and future requirements to provide the ideal software, hardware, marketing and communication solutions to create and maintain successful, long-term strategic partnerships. I am privileged and motivated to drive the Canadian sales force while helping the organization implement better ways to ensure we thrive in the future.”
Terry joined us in 2007 and served as Vice President, Dealer Sales until his promotion to Vice President, Sales in 2018. He previously worked for our sister company in the US, developing business in the dealer channel for six years. Prior to that, he spent 18 years working in the facilities management arena.
